Exclusive 5* Gym available to owner's free of charge. The gym will be open 24hrs a day 7 days a week for the convenience of all owners.

Automatic Gates
The entrance of the park has beautiful wrought iron gates for added security. Each plot receives there own key fob for access.

B-B-Q
Beside our nature pond is a picnic and patio area with a Gas BBQ, where we often host events. Holiday Home Owners can also reserve this for their own use.

The Tynedale Lounge is stocked with free tea and coffee facilities along with a library and information on local activities and attractions.
Our Lounge also has a selection of books and videos, CD & DVD's for your enjoyment, as well as games and jigsaws to keep you amused on that rare wet day!

Concierge Service
Our concierge organises a range of activities to suit all ages, from Nature Rambles to days out and "How to" sessions on anything from cooking to Card Making! He can also help find those elusive concert tickets or book you a table for dinner.

We have a range of approved contractors who can supply anything from Patio construction and Decking to Tailored Planting display and maintenance.

A coin operated payphone is located by the main entrance. Mobile phone reception on the Park is excellent for most networks.
